Boat and tree folk art painting is a lovely piece of Greek folk art, painted on a found piece of wood, by Greek folk artist, Lena Anesti.The wood was treated and cleaned and then painted on.The painting technique is very much that of the Byzantine icons.The top part of the painting has a beautiful, Greek, sailing ship of old, sailing into a lovely sunset and peaceful seas.The bottom part features a tree, standing in an open field with various, thin grasses around it.
