Any copying. analogue/digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transmission, downloading, remaking, retailing, creation of derivative work, or misleading of the public, regarding the true provider of the website's content, is prohibited. Any reproduction, republication, loading, announcement dissemination or transmission or any other use of the Content in any way or means for commercial or other purposes, is allowed only when subject to prior written permission on behalf of ArktosArt.com or any other lawful owner of the abovementioned intellectual properly rights. PRODUCTS PURCHASE
ArktosArt.com makes every possible effort to provide services of high quality; however, it cannot ensure that there will not be any discontinuations in the operation of the website or “human" errors during updating/pricing of a product. For the safety and effectiveness of your purchases, in case any product is offered at a price unusually low or high, compared to its market price, before you order it, please contact us at sales@arktosart.com.
Availability information is listed for the products sold on ArktosArt.com, with specific info, concerning each product along with photos.
Our shipping and delivery estimated time for each item are not guaranteed and should not be considered as such.
As your order is being processed, we will be contacting you about availability, in case the item is not available in the estimated time bracket.
All prices in our website, ArktosArt.com, are in Euro, with taxes included.
Shipping costs are covered by the buyer and they are estimated in your order’s conclusion, added to the price of the items you have chosen.
ArktosArt.com reserves the right to modify and change prices of its listed items and products at any time, but is committed to apply the prices, that were given at the time of your order.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
You have the right to retum the products you have purchased and ask for their replacement.
RETURNING NON FAULTY PRODUCTS
If, for any reason you would like to return an item, if you were not completely satisfied by our product, you may return the product within 10 working days of receiving it and exchange it with another item.
Special orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom-made and monogrammed/personalized items are considered special orders.
If the product is not returned within 10 working days, ArktosArt.com reserves the right not to accept any product returned for exchange.
The date that is on the Post receipt, is considered the date of return of the product. In any case the returned product must be in the same condition as received by the customer, complete and without damages. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition, including all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. invoice, receipt, bill of lading etc). Shipping costs are paid by the customer. The exchange of the product is possible under the following conditions:
• Contact us at email at sales@arktosart.com, justifying the reason for the retum of the product
• The return is made within 10 working days from the day of delivery. • the product has not been used.
• The product has all the necessary documents, proof of the transaction (e.g. invoice, receipt, bill of lading, etc). If the product does not fulfill the aforesaid conditions, it will be returned and shipping costs will be charged to the customer. If the exchange is approved, the shipping expenses will be charged in whole to ArktosArt.com only for the first exchange.
RETURNING FAULTY PRODUCTS
In the case that ArktosArt.com is at fault for the sale of damaged products, of bad quality or due to a mistake in the order process, pricing. Shipment, goods damaged during shipment or bad packaging etc., then ArktosArt.com will take full responsibility for the replacement cost of returning the product to ArktosArt.com.
ArktosArt.com will deposit the shipping costs in the buyer’s Paypal account, as well as shipping costs for the replacement product. The conditions for returning faulty products are the same as the return policy, stated above.
ORDER CANCELLATION
An order can be cancelled in the following situations:
1. Before completing the order, during the electronic procedure, you can cancel or modify the quantity that you have chosen.
2. If the electronic order has been completed, by e-mailing us at sales@arktosart.com The e-mail must include your full data.
An order cannot be cancelled, after the product you bought, has been shipped to you.
RESTRICTION OF LIABILITY
ArktosArt.com is not liable towards customers/users for damages that may occur from the execution or not of their order (with the exception of cases mentioned in paragraph for Return - Exchange of Products,. It also reserves the right to regulate delivery time of the goods in case of force majeure. The e-shop www.ArktosArt.com cannot warrant the availabilly of the products, but undertakes the responsibility to inform the final consumers in due time regarding the unavailability of products.
The e-shop www.ArktosArt.com provides the content (e.g. information, names, photos, pictures), the products and the services, available through the website" as they are". The e-shop of ArktosArt.com is not liable for any legal or civil and/or penal claims, nor for any damages (direct losses, special damages or consequential losses, which indicatively and not restrictively, alternatively and/or cumulative, consist of loss of profits, data, pecuniary compensation etc.) suffered by visitors of the website, or by third parties due fo the operation or not or/and the use of the website or/and the failure to render services or/ and information provided by the website or and any inadmissible interventions of third parties in products or/and services or/and information available through the website in any case.

Discount codes are personalized codes, also referred to as "Coupons", which allow you to take advantage of a discount on your purchase on ArktosArt.com. The Coupon code box is displayed on the first page of the shopping basket: after you have inserted your items in the basket and entered your code, press "Apply". Nature of Coupons may vary depending on type of promotion, but, in any case, only one coupon can be used per order.
