The olive tree trunk is a white, stoneware clay, handbuilt piece, the branches are solid brass with a matte finish and the actual olives, the fruit of the tree are
ceramic, too, like the trunk.The brass branches are stuck and glued on the trunk and then the olives are each stuck and glued on the branches.
The overall effect is stunning.This is a very sophisticated, Greek sculpture of an olive tree, an amazing work of art, even at this small scale.
It measures 30cm in length x 27.50cm in height x 11cm in width ( 11.81 '' x 10.82'' x 4.33 '' ).
It is not heavy.
