Moon and star wall hanging is a ceramic moon and stars wall sculpture. It's a stoneware high fire moon and three stars, hand built, contemporary ceramics piece.
Both moon and stars are hand built from high fire, stoneware clay slabs. The moon is a lot larger than the stars. The moon is in profile and the stars are hanging from its tip by a piece of wire.
The moon has human features, eye, nose and lips, carved on the clay and coloured with black and red oxides. The moon and stars have a beige/off white colour which is the colour of the unglazed, stoneware clay. There is a piece of wire, tied at the back of the moon for wall hanging.
The moon and stars, ceramic sculpture measures 20cm in height x 48cm in length x 1cm in width (7.87'' x 18,98'' x 0.39).It is a very elegant, modern sculpture for the wall for many different interiors.
