Greek Easter candle with sailor

Greek Easter candle with sailor marionette is a blue, cylindrical candle for boys with a wooden marionette of a boy in a sailor costume.
It is a Greek Lambada for Easter.It was made for the Greek Easter celebrations of Good Saturday mass.
It is a Greek handmade, candle of paraffin, a lovely, thick, cylindrical shape.
The candle measures about 3cm in length and about 35cm in height .

The piece of wood is lacquered white, navy blue and black.
The little sailor marionette is wearing a typical navy cap of white with a navy blue rim, a blue tunic with the classic open collar and striped, mariniere blouse, white pants and black shoes.
The wooden puppet is tied on the candle with blue satin ribbon and there were also other, satin and organza ribbons used for decoration in red and blue.
