This cat clock was created out of a ceramic slab, which was dried and fired, after the cat features were drawn. After firing, it was handpainted with acrylic paint and varnished with eco varnish. Finally the clcok mechanism and final decorative details were added. In this case a cat tail, made of thic, brass wire, with a felt ball bead on it. The brass wire tail is curled, near the cat clock's base, near where the cat's paws would be, on the right.
This cone shaped cat clock has the clock mechanism in the middle of the cat's body. It works with a standard battery, which we usually include in the box of your order. The cat's features and drawn and hand painted with gold paint. A small red bead is added for a nose and metal wire whiskers on either side of the nose. Then the mouth is drawn with gold paint again. The head and body of the cat are not distinguished. This is a slightly abstract cat figure, but neat and elegant, as an art object.

The black cat clock measures 25.5 cm in height x 16 cm in length x 3 cm in width. It is not heavy.
