Cottage and boat painting is a Greek landscape painting of a rustic, Greek cottage with pines and a boat.
It is an acrylic on canvas painting, framed in a very cool, simple way in a wooden, white box frame by the painter himself.
This is from a new series that he's painted for my gallery, all Greek themes, all with a boat and a fraction of sea in them.

This is a small canvas painting of a Greek landscape, a rustic, typical old Greek cottage in the foreground with a four sided, pyramid roof and a happpy
stream f smoke, coming out of its chimney.
There are some scattered fruit in the yard outside, and a pune tree on the right of the cottage.
Behind that there is a sea channel with an empty boat standing in the middle, between the cottage and the pine tree.
Then, in the background there is another piece of land, like a long peninsula, spotted with pines also and little creeks.

The style is modern and slightly abstract, especially in the way the trees are depicted, the brushstrokes are rich and thick, very lively.
The colours make this piece reminiscent of harvest and late fall. There are light yellows, orange yellows, ochre, coral, red, dusty pink and a lovely mix of red and yellow spots. The sky is bluish pink and the sea channel is a faded turquoise with little splashes of yellow and pink.

It measures about 23 cm in height x 23 cm in length x 2 cm in width ( 6.29 '' x 6.29 '' x 0.78 '' )
It gets sent to you in an extra safe package of bubble wrap and paper, reinforced with hard cardboard or styrofoam.
