Red Vespa scooter miniature, with British flag decor painted on it is a collectible, red Vepsa scooter. A tin and rubber, scooter miniature with Union Jack painted 
on the back tyres cap. It is made of alloy ( tin) for the body and rubber for the tyres. It is handmade and hand painted, not a die cast toy.
The design is a standard Italian, Vespa in miniature. The colours are red for the body, seat, etc with white, creamy strealks in the middle, black for the tyres, 
silver for the chrome parts, lights, mirrors, hubcaps, bag rack, etc. The seat is painted in red with white streaks. The engine caps are painted with the Union Jack pattern, 
the UK flag.
It measures 16 cm x 10 cm x 4.50 cm (6.30'' x 3.94'' x 1.77'' ) and it is quite light. It has a shabby, bohemian look, but that is how it was made.
