Ceramic pomegranates holiday wreath of bronze wire, ribbons and strings

A small pomegranate, holiday wreath, with vivid red pomegranates and green leaves,made of earthenware clay, tied on a triple , thick bronze wire wreath, with colourful ribbons and strings.From one of the strings hangs a little, golden horseshoe.

The pomegranates and their leaves are handpainted with aniline paint.
The wreath has a diameter of about 10 - 11 cm( 3.93 '' - 4.33 '' )

This item will look slightly different each time it is made, the reds on the fruit might have different hues, the ribbons might be different , etc, but this is mostly what it will look like.

For us , Greeks, the pomegranate symbolises good luck and abundance of all good things.We love to give it at Christmas and the New Year for a lucky charm or decorative gift.
