Reindeer Christmas wreath is a very cute, smiling reindeer wreath with a cream and red stars, cotton ribbon and a red felt heart. It is a brown vine, garland wreath with a wooden reindeer ornament, cotton and silk ribbons.
I made it with this amazing brown vine garland, that looks so much like a real plant. It's a thin vine of wire and paper and possibly other materials.It's very easy to bend and give it shape.
It looks like a real plant, as if you cut it from the mother plant. It has some fine, hair like ends with darker knots on, just like the 'eyes' that new branches or flowers come from.
On top of the wreath I tied this reindeer, wooden ornament. The reindeer is grey and is wearing a red coat on half of his body, spotted with white dots.He has a lighter red scarf round his neck and a woolen hat of olive green
and ochre yellow onhis head, from which his white horns come out.His node is also red and he has a wide grin on his face.I tied him with a piece of white-beige, cotton ribbon with a line of red stars in the middle.
I wrapped this ribbon on about one fourth of the wreath surface and at the point where the rendeer is tied. The wooden reindeer ornament measures 12cm in length x 10cm in height.
I made a small bow. Below the smiling reindeer and to the right of the wreath i also tied two pieces of silk ribbon with a shabby, torn look. One is a bright, inky royal blue, or mid night blue and the other is a chevron red ribbon.
A little above those two ribbons I glued a felt heart on the wreat of about 5cm x 5xm. On the heart I glued a little golden star and a golden bead, cut in half. Both are plastic.
This reindeer Christmas wreath measures 20cm in length x 23cm in height ( 7.87'' x 9.06''). The very thin vine ends and ribbons go longer. The measurement is just for the vine wreath.
It is a very light wreath, suitable for doors or walls.Lovely and unique, a rustic, reindeer wreath you'll greatly enjoy.
