A yellow - green, ceramic butterfly for the wall. Made of high fire, stoneware clay and silicon wire in different colours. This plastic wire was used to make the butterfly antennae. The butterfly figure is for the wall only.Its right side is bigger than the left and it has a sort of sideways movement. It hags from a piece of copper wire, fastened at the back.
This rustic, but totally charming, ceramic butterfly measures 16.5cm in length x 20cm in height x3. 5cm in width. It is not very heavy. It is painted with ceramic stains, before firing. Its colour is a bold, yellow green, like canary yellow with lime green.
